We are eager to collaborate with talents from various disciplines to foster growth and development within the U+ community.<\/p>\n<p><strong>About this opportunity:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a Website Developer, you will be coordinating resources to assemble and edit materials on our websites (e.g., videos and event banners) to create a user-friendly and aesthetic site while enhancing branding.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities are as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Updating and maintaining websites regularly, ensuring they convey current content.<\/li>\n<li>Designing aesthetically pleasing websites that align with our brand guides.<\/li>\n<li>Optimizing content for search engines (SEO) using keywords and concise, high-quality content.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with other departments to create digital marketing campaigns, such as social media and content creation.<\/li>\n<li>Keeping abreast of web design and digital marketing trends, technologies, and designs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with WordPress, Wix, and HTML.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of layout aesthetics and cross-browser compatibility.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Canva and knowledge of SEO principles.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills to handle communications with internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Creative and innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<li>A satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check is required from successful candidates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Assets:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in graphic design and digital marketing (social media, email newsletter marketing) with an understanding of how to leverage these strategies for a non-profit organization.<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in multiple languages.<\/li>\n<li>Strong cultural sensitivity.<\/li>\n<li>Strong problem-solving and counselling skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The salary for this position is\u00a0<strong>$22-26\u00a0<\/strong>per hour.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you passionate about education and well-rounded development?
