The program allows Ontario employers to hire students between the ages of 16 and 30 (Canadian citizens, permanent residents or accepted refugees).<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>Eligible employers may benefit from a subsidy of up to 70% to cover the salary expenses while tapping into a large pool of talented, dynamic, versatile, bilingual and computer-literate young candidates.<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>You may be eligible if you are a private company, a public or non-profit organization, a cooperative or a municipality.
