Help A Girl Out (HAGO) is a national volunteer-powered charity committed to ending period poverty and accelerating menstrual equity through access, education, and empowerment. Our mission is to ensure that every woman/girl and menstruating individual is equipped to understand and manage their uterine and menstrual health with dignity.
Through our core programs, we provide access to menstrual products for individuals experiencing period poverty and inclusive educational workshops that fill the health education gap, break barriers, promote dignity. Our mission is to ensure that no one is held back by their period.
