Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.

Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Strong people management and project management skills with the ability to build, coach, inspire, and engage a high-performing team.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Wishbone Site Furnishings (WSF) is searching for a creative sales professional and out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for marketing and building relationships to join their team as Sales Manager.
Under the direction of the CEO, in alignment with the Mission and Values of the organization, and in accordance with the Strategic Plan, the Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the company. This role will lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential while safeguarding both the integrity and reputation of the business. The Sales Manager will participate as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, and will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives.

FABRIC & FOUNDRY
We are so fortunate to have a fully functioning foundry! Established over half a century ago, it is one of just a handful of foundries that still exist in Canada and gives us the opportunity to create unique designs traditionally not accessible nor affordable.
It is here, based in Parksville, BC on beautiful Vancouver Island, that all of Wishbone’s products are fabricated with skill and careful attention to detail. All of the components in our products are constructed by a highly skilled team of craftsmen who bring us decades of fabrication experience and expertise.
We use some of the most modern tools and techniques to produce innovative designs that stand the test of time, and offer a wide range of ironwork products, custom fabrication services, and powder coating. From industrial-level design to individually tailored consumer products, our team takes pride in our work and strives to make sure that our customers are happy.
